/* Session One */

✍️ – How personalisation can drive conversion and increase revenue
Personalization is the process of knowing the needs, preferences, and interests of your current and prospective customers so that you can serve them exactly what they’re looking for when they’re looking for it. By understanding their needs, through their behaviour, we can drive increased conversion and revenue.

This talk will cover the basics of what personalization is, how you can understand your visitors better, what segmentation is, common tactics for increasing conversion, being ethical with the data you collect, and how you can gain a competitive advantage.

🗣 – Presented by Paul Halfpenny

/* Session Two */

✍️ – Help! I don’t know where to even start for my landing page design!
Do you suffer from blank canvas syndrome when starting a new website design or landing page? I certainly do – or at least I did until I discovered some basic fundamentals around mixing design, copywriting, UX and persuasive sales strategies.

In less than 30 minutes I’ll walk you through a landing page structure inspired by frameworks such as Storybrand, PAS (problem, agitation, solution) and other proven systems that work as a fantastic and simple starting point for almost any conversion-focused web page.

Blank canvas syndrome – begone!
