Piccia led the creative direction of the design department at the British Film Institute, London. She was vice-president of the Chartered Society of Designers (UK) 2013-16.

After 20 years in London Piccia currently runs her own global web, UX & design consultancy agency from Spain.

Rajendra Zore (Raj for short) started his career in risk assessment and management. Though it may sound intimidating, it was a natural fit for him to start several companies. He is currently the CMO of RunCloud as well as CEO of two of his own companies. One client described Raj as “a self-made man who is achieving in the world on his own terms.”

Paul Lacey is a veteran WordPress designer, developer & e-strategist. He is also the co-founder of DickieBirds Studio where he leads the creation of responsive websites for Businesses, Agencies & Brands. Paul is a regular guest on leading WordPress & industry Podcast shows.

All the way from Melbourne, Australia, Josh is the Lead Developer for Wholegrain Digital. Before that he worked as lead developer a full service agency in Melbourne, and as a freelance developer. 

He is an advocate for a green, performant web, working on projects such as the website carbon calculator, the sustainable web manifesto, Stratum – A WordPress starter theme, and Gravity Forms Light – A frontend replacement for Gravity Forms with non of the overhead.

Starting from the back of a van while touring the world with his band at the time, Vito later made the transition from a freelancer to an agency – growing to 6 figures by the end of year 1 and a team of 12 by year 3. He is now focused on WP Feedback – a plugin to help fellow WordPress pros get content, approve designs and provide support to their clients, visually.

Phil is a long-time WordPress developer, having worked as a freelancer, for agencies, local government and most recently WordPress.com VIP where he supports some of the most high-profile, high-traffic sites on the web. He has been a caretaker of the Liveblog plugin and has lead several releases building out impressive new features and functionality.
